Diploma in Project Management – Alison

This free course will teach you about the most important features of project management. It starts with the crucial stages of the system development lifecycle and then dives into project management methodology in more detail. It also covers Gantt and PERT charts. The course is designed to be completed in 10 to 15 hours.

RITx’s Project Management MicroMasters Program – EdX

RITx’s Project Management MicroMasters Program teaches you about the tools and techniques required for managing the project management lifecycle. You’ll learn about project management best practices and understand the impact that culture has on different aspects of a project. You’ll also learn how to manage global teams and build trust. Upon completion of the program, students undertake a capstone exam to test the skills and knowledge acquired throughout the program. It should take eight months to complete the course, with 10 to 12 hours of learning per week.

Certified ScrumMaster – Scrum Alliance

This Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance is a great way to start as a Scrum practitioner. It’s a two-day training program that involves interactions, activities, and fun-filled learning. To complete the course successfully, you’re required to pass the CSM exam. Scrum Alliance also offers Certified ScrumProduct Owner and Agile coaching.
